Kara Kenan is the Founder & CEO of the Cancer Wellness Institute and a leading voice in cancer survivorship care. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, patient advocacy, and curriculum development, she has dedicated her career to empowering survivors and training health professionals worldwide.
Kara developed one of the first evidence-based cancer coaching curriculums, now shaping how coaches support survivors to reclaim health and meaning beyond treatment. She also serves in national advocacy roles with the Society for Integrative Oncology and ASCO, ensuring survivor voices influence research and clinical guidelines.
