Foundations Course Live - 1 Week Intensive

Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Cancer Wellness Institute (CWI) Live Zoom 5-Day Intensive, scheduled for February 23–27, 2026, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered and selected.

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable program materials, digital course content, and access to live Zoom sessions.

Participants are responsible for their own technology, internet connection, and any equipment needed to participate (e.g., computer, webcam, headphones).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and strive to create a cancellation policy that is both fair and respectful of the energy and resources required to host a live event.

Cancellations Requested by Participant:

• Before December 15, 2025: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

• December 16, 2025 – January 15, 2026:

  • Option to transfer 100% of your payment to a future live or online CWI training within 12 months, OR

  • Receive a 50% refund of the total payment.

• After January 15, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another eligible participant or apply 50% of their payment to a future CWI training within 12 months.

Special Circumstances:
Requests due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] .

3. Transferability

Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by CWI.

VIP add-ons, bonuses, or other special offerings may not be transferable and must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise approved.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by CWI

In the unlikely event that CWI must cancel or reschedule the Live Zoom Intensive due to low enrollment, natural disasters, public health concerns, illness, technical issues, or other events beyond our control, you will be given the option of a full refund or credit toward a future CWI training.

CWI is not responsible for any costs associated with technology or internet connectivity incurred by participants.

5. Participation Expectations

This is an intensive professional training. Participants are expected to:

• Be present for the full duration of each day’s live Zoom sessions

• Engage respectfully with instructors and peers

• Complete all assignments required for certification

Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.

6. Digital Access & Course Materials

All participants will be granted access to digital resources and required course materials.

Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written permission from CWI.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this event, you agree that CWI, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in this training or from use of any course materials.

You are responsible for your own health, safety, and technical setup while attending the live Zoom intensive.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending the event, you consent to being recorded for documentation and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

Recordings of live sessions are for participant use only and may not be redistributed.
