Wilmington 5-Day Intensive – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Cancer Wellness Institute (CWI) Wilmington 5-Day Intensive, scheduled for February 23–27, 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is offered and selected.

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable program materials, daily breakfast and lunch, and access to course content and digital resources.

• Travel, lodging, and evening meals are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated (e.g., VIP experiences).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to create a cancellation policy that is both fair and respectful of the energy and resources required to host a live, in-person event.

Cancellations Requested by Participant:

• Before November 30, 2025: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

• December 1, 2025 – January 15, 2026:

  • Option to transfer 100% of your payment to a future in-person training within 12 months, OR

  • Receive a 50% refund of the total payment.

• After January 15, 2026:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • You may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant, or apply 50% of your payment to a future CWI training within 12 months.

Special Circumstances:

• Requests due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@cancerwellnessinstitute.com.

3. Transferability

• Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by CWI.

• VIP add-ons and bonuses may not be transferable and must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise approved.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by CWI

• In the unlikely event that CWI must cancel or reschedule the Wilmington Intensive due to low enrollment, natural disasters, public health concerns, illness, or other events beyond our control, you will be given the option of a full refund or credit toward a future CWI training.

• CWI is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants in the event of such a cancellation.

5. Participation Expectations

• This is an intensive professional training. Participants are expected to be present for the full duration of the program, engage respectfully with instructors and peers, and complete all assignments for certification.

• Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.

6. Digital Access & Course Materials

• All participants will be granted access to a digital product containing companion resources and required course materials.

• Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written permission from CWI.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By participating in this event, you agree that CWI, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in this training or from use of any course materials.

• You are responsible for your own health, safety, and accommodations while attending the in-person intensive.

8. Photography & Media Release

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for documentation and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
